Listen to your body

Western medicine has been an integral part of our lives here in Edmonton. We take an ibuprofen for a muscle pain or we may take an acetaminophen for a head ache. Sometimes we take a prescribed medication to help with more serious ailments. This is great in treating and managing the symptoms, but have we gotten to the root of the problem? It's time to sit down and really analyze what we are doing in our lives from our diets, physical activity, environment, etc. Our body is always sending us signals - we should always listen to it.
